  • Not to submit false applications or impersonate another individual

Insurance quotes, consultations, and educational materials provided through our website or communications are for informational purposes only. Final coverage terms are determined solely by the issuing insurance carrier.

America’s Benefits Center acts as a licensed insurance agency and not as the insurance carrier.

4. SMS Messaging Program & Consent

By providing your phone number and opting into SMS communications, you expressly agree to receive text messages from America’s Benefits Center regarding:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Policy updates

  • Insurance notifications

  • Billing reminders

  • Promotional offers related to insurance products

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the 470-295-2477. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
